Fraser’s career began as a chef both in the UK and in France, during which time he studied music production and became interested in filmmaking.
Over the next seven years, Fraser established a sturdy reputation in editing, notable credits include Channel Four documentary ‘Tibetan Yogi’, a TVNZ arts biopic on Jazz Musician Nathan Haines and UK independent art-house feature film, ‘Ana begins’.
With the formation of production company Kirkwall in 2007, his directing skills developed quickly, complemented by his extensive editing experience and a keen interest in writing.
Credits to date include work for clients such as Shelter, Kenco (Kraft), Boots, Coca-Cola, Mencap, Diet-Coke, Help the Aged, Dove and Sure (Unilever).
Fraser’s broad experience gives him valuable creative and technical skills which allow him to combine directing, editing and producing to form a trustworthy, capable and thoughtful filmmaker.
