As a filmmaker with over 10 years experience in the film and television industry, Fraser Keddie worked as an editor for seven years before moving into directing.
In 2006, he helped establish video production company and creative agency Kirkwall Media.
Notable editing credits include Channel 4 documentary The Tibetan Yogi, a TVNZ arts biopic on Jazz Musician Nathan Haines and UK independent art-house feature film ‘Ana begins’, which was selected for the International Film Festival of Bergamo, Festival du Film de Cabourg, the London East End Film Festival and British Independent Film Festival.
Corporate credits to date include work for Budweiser, Shelter, Kenco (Kraft), Boots, Coca-Cola, Mencap, Diet-Coke, Help the Aged, Dove and Sure (Unilever).
He has worked with Amanda Holden, Sir Peter Blake, The Sugababes, Ruud Gullit, Professor Green and Oliver Heath.
He has recently completed work on a pilot episode for a series exploring popular themes in British culture, fronted by Mike Keelin.
As a director, Fraser’s previous editing experience has given him a keen eye, complemented by an interest in writing. His broad experience has given him valuable creative and technical skills.
He combines directing and editing to form a trustworthy, capable and thoughtful filmmaker.
