Ben is an up-and-coming British director. He has just completed his first feature film, Ana Begins, a stunning arthouse drama picked up at this year’s Cannes Film Festival by Insomnia World Sales.
A prolific talent, Ben has shot several music promos and short films [including Damselfly – official selection at the Manchester Film Festival 2005] and also been commissioned to film a documentary on young single homelessness in association with the charity Shelter.
He was recently profiled in the highly respected Arts and Media magazine Special Ten as a hot young British talent in the making.
Cinema and a filmic aesthetic informs his approach to promos which include videos for electro duo The NKR shot on location in London and New York and renowned East London folk act The Chinamen.
